Florence has the October soundtrack

Some songs suit October. Others sound like they were written as stage directions for it. Everybody Scream belongs to the second group: a title that reads like the instruction a Halloween host gives right after dimming the lights.

Start at Florence + The Machine’s official Everybody Scream page, which links the official title-track music video and more music from the project. To be clear about timing, this is our pick for the season, not news of a release today.

The recommendation is simple: play it loud, let the drama do the decorating, and save the fake streaming charts for someone else.
